Welcome to CIPDI Academy. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website cipdiacademy.org, our Learning Management System at mmuta.cipdiacademy.org (“Learning Portal”), and all related services, programs, content, and courses offered by CIPDI Academy (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using our services, enrolling in our programs, or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. About CIPDI Academy

CIPDI Academy is a professional education institution headquartered in Ohio, United States, offering the Professional Executive and Leadership Program and other executive education programs. Our mission is Empowering Leaders, Transforming Organizations.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in our programs.
  • You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately at support@cipdiacademy.org of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • One person per account. Accounts are non-transferable.

3. Enrollment and Programs

  • Enrollment is subject to acceptance and payment of applicable fees.
  • Program content, schedule, instructors, and requirements may change at our discretion to improve learning outcomes.
  • Access to the Learning Portal (mmuta.cipdiacademy.org) is granted upon successful enrollment and verification.
  • Certificates are issued only upon satisfactory completion of all program requirements as determined by CIPDI Academy.

4. Fees, Payment, and Refunds

  • All fees are stated in US Dollars unless otherwise specified.
  • Fees must be paid in full before program access is granted, unless a payment plan is agreed in writing.
  • Refund policy: Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@cipdiacademy.org within 7 days of enrollment and before accessing more than 20% of program content. After that, fees are non-refundable.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice for future enrollments.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our platforms, including but not limited to courses, videos, materials, logos, text, graphics, and software, is owned by CIPDI Academy or its licensors and protected by US and international copyright laws.
  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use program materials solely for your personal, non-commercial learning purposes.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, share, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
  • CIPDI, ACADEMY, ILIAKI and CIPDI Academy logos are trademarks of CIPDI Academy.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Share your account, login credentials, or program materials with others.
  • Copy, record, screenshot, or redistribute course content.
  • Engage in cheating, plagiarism, or misrepresentation in assignments or assessments.
  • Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other learners, instructors, or staff.
  • Upload malicious code, spam, or attempt to compromise our systems.
  • Use our services for any unlawful purpose.

Violation may result in suspension or termination without refund.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy, available at https://cipdiacademy.org/privacy, explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our services, you consent to our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

  • Our programs are for educational purposes only and do not guarantee employment, promotion, or specific career outcomes.
  • Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • We do not warrant that our Learning Portal will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure at all times.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CIPDI Academy, its directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 6 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without prior notice, for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or conduct harmful to us or other users. You may terminate your account by contacting support@cipdiacademy.org. Upon termination, your right to access program materials ceases.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Ohio. You consent to personal jurisdiction in Ohio.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or by posting notice on our Learning Portal. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
